Will do... By August my DL needs to be back upwards of 700lbs.
Its always been my worst lift and this time off I just took KILLED me in that department.

Legs
Lower back was a little fried today... but I want to use the SS bar. Can someone answer me why they call it a safety bar? If anything it feels much more dangerous lol. Well... I went in to do events but The Warehouse was closed!
Had to go over to 24hr Fitness instead. Decided to do some more lower... my shoulders are not feeling spectacular. Zerchers 135 x 6 225 x 6 315 x 6 405 x 6 - I was pleased with this set. Hack Squats 270 x 6 360 x 6 450 x 6 540 x 6 Stiff Legged Dead Lifts 315 x 3 405 x 3 495 x 1 495 x 2 - added straps 405 x 6 Calf Raises 315 x 10 - 12 x 4

Definately Happy with todays workout... it was a good one.
Seated Strict Presses - I regret not doing more sets on my Strict Presses. 75 x 10 165 x 5 215 x 2 255 x 1 165 x 8 Flat Bench Press - Ive always been a good at bench press but this is suprising to me since I havent really benched to much at all lately. 225 x 5 315 x 2 405 x 1 425 x 1 - unassisted 455 x 1 - spotter said he didnt help, but he touched it so I guess I cant totally count it. 315 x 13 - to failure. Dumbell Seated OHP 70 x 10 95 x 5 95 x 5 95 x 5 95 x 5 Dips with Yellow/Greenish Band 5 sets of 5 Tricep Pushdowns 3 sets of 15 with the stack

PR would have to be 545+ lol... I still got a ways to go. However that was a different type of training all together.
This is my new split... alternating weeks. Week 1 Monday - Seated Strict Press & Bench Press Tuesday - Back Assistance and Biceps Wednesday - Light SSB, Light Front Squat, Light Yoke Thursday - ME DL, Heavy Farmer Carry, GHR Friday - Off Saturday - Events (Light Stones w/out Tacky, OH Yoke Carrys, Keg/SB Carries, Grip) Sunday - Off Week 2 Monday - Standing Overhead Presses & Floor Press (Warehouse) Tuesday - Back Assistance and Biceps Wednesday - Heavy Back Squat, Heavy Yoke, Lunges Thursday - Speed DL, Light Farmers Carry, GHR Friday - OFF Saturday - Events (Heavy Stones w/Tacky, Conan Yoke Walks, Keg/SB Carries, Grip) Sunday - OFF
