Well I went in Saturday for events and it was the worst workout I have ever had lol... I dont know what was wrong with me, honestly... weights felt heavy, I felt weak and I had no energy. What pissed me off the most is that for the first time I actually planned my whole week around my Saturday so I could make sure I was ready to go.
13" Log.. which by the way is the devil. 110 x 6, warmup 220 x 3 310 x 0 310 x 0 and hurt my back lol. Yoke - hips are STILL feelin terrible but I found some excersises to loosen them up so hopefully they will help... soon... Pretty much only had like 240lbs on there and it was uncomfortable to walk. Then I added another 180lbs and couldnt do it. The pain has gotten ridiculous. So ya thats not encouraging. I am not worried about my log, but the only thing really holding me back is the yoke. Gotta figure something out soon

Back still bothering me from my pathetic Saturday. Flat Bench Press - There was no rhyme or reason to my madness today. 135 x 10 225 x 12 315 x 12 405 x 6 315 x 12 Seated Shoulder Press, inside grip to simulate log press - Couldnt stand with weight overhead yet. Notable Lift, 305 x 1 Strict Press, I can definately see value in this excersise as an supplemental lift. Upright Rows 95 x 10 135 x 10 155 x 10 185 x 8 Tricep Pushdowns 70, 80, 90, 100 x 10 All in all pretty weak workout.. I see to have no direction lately. Not a good thing with Nats coming up.

Took 2 Back Shots of myself this morning... post haircut lol. Neck was looking to scraggly yesterday to post them.
Anyways.. my buddy started a Strongman Apparel line called STONZ. We are going to introduce it at the end of the month at the Capital City Classic in Baton Rouge, LA. Here is a fitted cap I had done for myself... The most basic of the logo variations. I believe we did about 4 or 5 different styles. ![]() ![]()

Today was a fair day... First day of going somewhat heavy on my DL's since my bicep "injury".
Hip stretches - gotta get them more flexible. Conventional DL's 135 x 10 225 x 10 315 x 6 405 x 6 495 x 6 405 x 3 - Gassed... did all the sets with little rest in between. (90 secs) Reverse Grip Lat Pulldowns - wanted to do some auxillory stuff since I rarely do anymore. 210 x 10 x 4 Hammer Strength Single Arm Rows 4 plates x 10 x 4 sets Hammer Curls 50 x 10 70 x 10 80 x 5 95 x 3 Rested about 5 mins Zercher Squats - knees felt pretty shitty. 135 x 10 225 x 10 315 x 8 405 x 4
