hiya chaps was just bout to start a progress log ..... wednesday was bench night
started me off at 60kg for 10 reps then i went up to 70kg 80kg 3 reps still had plenty in the tank did 90kg for 3 reps , racked up 100kg . got it down but crumbeld half way up GRrr..... using a technique of holding the bar for 5 secs at top lowering to chest holding for 5 secs then pressing .... wasnt too bad to say if been poncing around with 40kg in weight in my room .... ended the night with 40kg each side dumbell declines and heavy shrugs 4 sets of 8

ok an easy way to convert.1 kg is 2.2 pounds.You can do it that way or just double the kg and add ten percent then you have converted
IE: 100kg = 220 pounds( 100 + 100 =200 10% is 20 so 220) |
