Default ?Has anyone been able to reach these guys?
I ordered from StenLabs on the 15th, it is now the 20th and haven't received anything from them confirming my order. When I check my status online, it still says processing. I have emailed "the owner" directly from the sites "contact" section but haven't heard from them. All I would like is a confirmation that they know my order is there and someone will address it quickly. Thanks!

saw a post from about a week ago that they are going through some managerial changes....could slow things up a bit but im sure everything is fine if your order status says processing just give it time

Thank you for your help in this matter. I emailed the company directly and after not having any response, I appreciate your urgency in this matter. It wasn't until I posted on this board and PM'd you from this board as well as the 'other' board that I started to see some response.

Right after I posted this last post I got an email from Dave at StenLabs. He is looking into the matter as well. I wasn't trying to be impatient but I wasn't getting any response until recently....even an order confirmation... thanks to everyone who has helped out.
