Take one of those disposable foil pans...
Fill with 4 large seasoned chicken breasts..any season will work.
cut up onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes and place on top of the chicken to cover the breasts.
Add more seasoning to the veggies.
Wrap the entire pan in aluminum foil. Make sure that the pan is sealed off..
Leave on the grill for 2 hrs, cooking slow..or place in the oven for a couple of hrs.
You won't believe how the juices and seasoning and veggies combine to make the chicken taste awesome...and so are the veggies.
