Default Bacon wrapped chicken
My fav,

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 package of bacon

Take a chicken breast and slice it up into strips. You have to slice it into thick strips thou.
Take a strip and slice a cut thru the meat.
stuff the cut with japeleno pepper slices
wrap this in bacon and stic with a toothpick.

I can use a whole pack of bacon on 2 breasts

This is awesome on the grill. I have tried it with BQ sauce too.

Very high in protien! try it with steak, pork, duck, deer, elk.
