Yes, yes that is the BEST PCT imo.. but only for people whoo are Bodybuilders, Powerlifters and Strongmen...
Your average Joe who just wants to be big on the Beach should cycle properly and come off of gear.. and I'll add the BEST PCT in that scenario.. 4wks.. Nolva/Clomid/Aromasin wks 1+2 40/100/25 wks 3+4 20/50/25 Really can't beat that PCT.

DO NOT use AI's during PCT, or at least draw out the PCT til you can get off the AI's. Nothing like doing a good PCT and having E-rebound on ya and still getting a nice set of A cups.

otc ais like atd which is found in novadex xt would be a great addition AFTER pct to keep estrogen totally under control without no rebound whatsoever.

He has aromasin in his pct plan. Aromasin stops around 50% of all E in the body, so the rebound would/could be pretty significant.
