Lehigh Valley people among 10 charged in four-county steroid scheme

Agents from Attorney General Tom Corbett’s office have arrested and charged 10 people — including some from the Lehigh Valley — with distributing more than $170,000 in illegal steroids in the state. The 10 suspects are being arraigned in Harrisburg today in connection with an alleged steroid distribution and manufacturing scheme in Lehigh, Northampton, Dauphin and Cumberland counties.
Corbett said in a press release that the investigation, dubbed “Operation Roid Runner,: began in the fall of 2007.
