Default Unregulated Health Supplement 'Mass Tab' Allegedly Caused Stroke in 17-Year-Old

Unregulated Health Supplement 'Mass Tab' Allegedly Caused Stroke in
17-Year-Old Football Player, Says Davis.

"The manufacturers of Mass Tab have engaged in what appears to be fraud and
reckless and negligent marketing of a bogus bulking supplement that contained
a steroid," said Greg Davis, attorney for the young football player, who filed
a lawsuit in state court today. "The manufacturers failed to test and to warn
the public of the known risks of its product, insidiously marketing it as
having 'low side-effects.'"

Hmmm...that sucks he had a stroke, but I think all those PH have warnings on the labels. I think he knew before hand what it could possibly do...I mean come on...any person with common sense should at least have some idea of what they are putting in their bodies...no one would pop a pill without knowing what it is and now that something happened to him he's putting the blame on someone else AND wants a lot money out of it by suing, even though the stupidity is on his part. With everything going on now with BB.com...what's next? Suing a company for making creatine? There should be a law against people being ignorant!
