^^^IDK, but hell I would be fine taking the losing salary for a one night fight. Then I would bet on myself to lose, that's where the big bucks are lol.

Everyone has a win bonus but Lesnar....hmmmm! Could that be because of his after fight comments? Kinda makes ya wonder.

Not much!
If you have a manager they take 33.3% off the top
Trainer gets 10%
Cutman gets 5%
If you go to training camp you have to pay room board facility rental ect. ect
You dont make as much as looks for how much danger is involved
Then taxes which is nearly half
Now that fuckface Obongo is in office will prolly be paying even more than that in taxes.
Last time I fought for decent money it was a 120k after all my expenses I took home 20k

There is alot of work involved getting ready for a fight.
There is also a lot of danger involved with fighting from the brain inuries to broken bones to cuts ect.
There is no health insurance and there is no retirement plan.
But you do tend to get alot of pussy lol

You make your real money from sponsors and the better you are the more they will pay.

Only thing that sucks for UFC fighter is Dana is charging the sponsors to be an official sponsor so if they no pay him first they no pay the fighter. Dana is a dumpy white trash version of Don King

lol.... negative. Are we talking boxing rules or MMA rules? Very few MMA fighters could take a right hand from a boxer.. but there are plenty boxers that can take punches from each other.

IMO Anderson Silva is the only guy that can step into a ring with a guy with World Class hands... and he is still gonna lose to the boxer with world class hands with boxing rules.

Boxing until you are 14 or 15 and boxing until you are 30 is a HUGE difference.

I will even take it one step farther and say MOST of the UFC guys dont even really look like they know how to throw a punch. Now I know most punches are intended to get past a guard... unlike a boxer who would throw "setup" punches. But IMO there is no comparison. Punching Power and Accuracy goes to the boxer 99% of the time.

There is no comparison to a guy that has been boxing for 20 years and a guy that just has a boxing background...

We can agree to disagree.. but you put a top knotch boxer and top knotch MMA guy in the ring.. make them go by boxing rules and the fight probably does not last 1 round. The same could be said if you flip the script. There is no way a boxer would be able to goto the ground with an MMA guy.

MMA guys throw wide punches .. a boxer would use that slow delivery to his advantage and either counter or hit the MMA guy before he is even able to deliver that wide strike.

Last time I fought for decent money it was a 120k after all my expenses I took home 20k
but 20k for 8-10 weeks of training / fighting plus if you decent you can get some free cloths, sups huh? I'd take 20k for doing something I love and that is a lot of $ to some people.

Boom did you get any cash when that crazy midget jumped out of the bushes and punched your fat white trash neighbor?

Well it works both ways. If you put a boxer into an MMA fight he will lose (if it went to the ground) same if you put an MMA fighter into a boxing ring the mma fighter would lose. Thats all based on rules and what is allowed.. Now toss them into a street fight and say anything goes..... that would be interesting!
