Made ya look.

New guy on this board (but not to AAS forums & gear) so I thought I'd say hi. I've been out of the game for a while but got the bug again back in January. I'm trying to read up and remember the things I've forgotten - and find out what conventional wisdom has changed in the past five years.

I'm thinking about a simple stack come the Oct/Nov time frame so I thought I'd start researching my options now to try to prepare for that.

My stats are 44, 6'2", 265#, Meso/Endo body type . I'm actually down from 300 - and 3 pant sizes - in January. I'm figuring to be about 250 at the beginning of October when heavier clothes weather rolls around.

The current plan is to do a 12 week bulk cycle during that time so I can work on leaning out Jan-Apr.... and be ready to take my shirt off in public by May.

Thanks amigo. Trust me, I am going slowly. I sometimes have to remind myself that the pace I'm doing (losing about 2 lbs a week) is perfectly fine. I'm not competing and its all about a lifestyle change, not some imaginary finish line. But I have noticed that as we get older, the muscles do get injured easier and take a bit longer to heal *sigh*

BB2K, I hope that made laugh! Hopefully, if I ever do need a ref check I can be a bit more subtle than that.

But since I actually have a time release Testosterone pellet in my hip.....

yep, I have a scrip and don't even have to inject. It costs me $80 for a six month supply that keeps my levels at 600mg.

Its OK to hate me.

LOL.. I'll try, but it seems in the time I've been away from AAS boards, the amount of traffic has died down considerably. Was there a specific occurance in the lifestyle that affected the on-line AAS community?
