Glad to be here. Looks like a lot of familiar guys (AJDOS); I think he's on every board ever made! Lol! Used to be a competitive pl'er and will definitely be conversating on the MMA section, I fight pro and have NAGAs this month! Always want to learn better/new ways to diet and just have an overall healthy lifestyle (besides taking the occasional shin or elbow to the head)

Started wrestling (folk) when I was just 4 yrs old, then began doing Tang around 7 years old exposing me to Karate and martial arts. When I was 11 I started boxing at Golden Gloves in NY and learned kano ju jutsu and now have my black belt and instruct it at our mma gym here in NY. I actually began MMA when I was 16 and trained under Matt Hammil and Ray Newkirk who opened up Premier, which is were I started small ammy fights and going to local NY, NJ, WV and OH venues. Got my hands licensed and my pro card when I was 18 in OH (moved out there with friend who also fights pro and has welterweight belt in 2 organizations; Dustin Winterhalt). MMA - 9-0 Traditional Gi judo/ jiu jitsu - Naga/freestyle/uchi mata tourny - 15- 1 -2; boxing 16 - 1 (amateur) and karate tourny NISKA - 2-1

I remember talking to you about that once at ABB. Congrats with that. I trained with a toughman fighter here in NY, Leo Richardson, he ended up getting knocked out by butterbean! I thought about doing it but at the time wasn't able to due to a contractual obligation and I would have been breaching and probably sued, so I decided to just train with him and he helped me with my boxing as well. I went to philly to watch him fight, good times

probably would have been but the Bean didn't start boxing pro until 94 and that game was, shit back in the mid eighties when I was a tod. Be funny to remake the game to present day though
