They still make Dymetadrine? I thought that was taken off the market? Hmmm, what the main ingredients say on it now? I'm curious I think a came across an old bottle while cleaning out my sup cabinet! LOL Wonder if its still got the kick! LOL I have a secret stack I use in my arsenal, but we can talk about that.
![]() My favorite PRO shake hasn't changed in years, simply because it tastes great and it works!! I'm of the nature if it aint broke don't fix it!! LOL ON Complete protein diet. A LO-Carb, high Pro shake, has never wronged me! I like to add DHEA to my mix of supplements, no matter where I am in my training its pretty much a mainstay for me. I would make sure you are getting some magnesium and calcium in your multi, if not I'd add it in along with Vit D which helps your body to absorb and utilize those much better. Tell me about your self a bit, stats, how long you;'ve bee at this so on. Whats your workouts like, all the good info!! We'll get you set up! Stay STrong~~!!! IPL

Hey,
Sorry took a week to reply, was in London visiting my friend whos a PTI in the army and he was beasting me around parks and over hills!! Ok, my stats, I'm 5'7", 8.6stone (57kgs if you dont do stone!) Stats are: 34 inch below bust, 25inch waist, 32 hip. BMI is 20.1 Body fat 17.1% Yeh they still make dymetadrine - I'll grab the bottle and list the ingredients for you next time I've got it to hand. Its the only thing I've ever taken that I can actually feel working you know? Training I tend to do an hour of cardio per day, alternate x-training or non-impact, and then running or swimming. I do daily weights to tone, I just want to shift my remaining excess fat... Grrrr, stubborn fat bits!! xx |

Stone!? Thats something I haven't heard in a long time! LOL
I'm assuming your in Europe? Sugar sounds like you are placing a bit too much emphasis on Cardio and not enough on serious weight training. I assure you, you have nothing to Fear from it! You won't bulk up, and build huge muscles! LOL I really think if you changed your focus a bit and upped the weights you'd be truly surprised at the results you'd get. Provided your diet is in check. (?) Our diet is the major key and the biggest determining factor in the results our training efforts will give us. Training falls right behind that, then cardio trails close behind. Its funny how cardio is drilled into our heads that its the "golden key" to fat lose! Yes it does burn calories and have some effect on our BMI, but infact the "Golden Key" is increasing our Muscle/Excess Fuel (BF) ratios. Muscle after all, uses our Excess fuels (fat, I hate that word its dirty in my book!) for fuel and energy, its just a matter of kicking the furnace on!! What does your daily weight training consist of? What is your diet like?? From your stats, I can see you are a very lean and most likely petite female for your height. Looking forward to your reply! Stay Strong~~!!! IPL

1) ok, got the Dymetadrine T5 bottle. Ingredients are: Ephedrine HCI 60mg, Caffeine 200mg, aspirin 25mg, naringin 100mg.
2) My diet is appalling... I always start the day healthy, high carb diet of porridge or mueseli ceral for slow release plus chopped almonds for good fats... but then at about 4pm I get sugar cravings and ruin it by eating a whole packet of biscuits and then get a sugar crash at like 7pm :-( I need a dietry plan really that i canstick to over the course of a week, every week. 3) weight training, I just work my way round the weights in the gym on a daily basis with a few free weights for shoulders and biceps. My core i.e. lats, squat press and chest press I'm doing almost my body weight (45kg, so only 15kg off now!) but need to build up and maybe increse reps as I tend to do 10 x 3 reps on each muscle group. What do you think?? xxxx |

First let me ask you this how long have you been training?
I think you need to work on the diet for sure and structure you weight training program a bit better, to fit your goals. You need to feed you body frequently going no longer than 2 1/2- to max 3 1/2 hours. I personally don't like higher carb diets, and tend to think most women (most that is) don't respond well to them as well. I tend to fare towards either Hi- PRO Moderate CHO, or Hi-PRO, Lo-CHO cycling your fat intake around your CHO intake. Of course adjusting your macros greatly varies as far as you're training goals, whether you're prepping for a contest, or if you're bulking or leaning. Over consumption of CHO's especially high GI CHO's leads to what I like to call sugar rages! LOL Your insulin levels fluctuate so drastically you loose control basically and go on a major binge. You have to control your hormones to take control of your body and its responses. This is why diet is the golden key to your training results. I'm a little confused here "10x3 reps" Do you mean 10 sets of 3 reps, or 3 sets of 10 reps? Lets have you do this, post up your diet (times and everything you consume) for a week as well as your training logs, and evaluate exactly what you're doing. Stay Strong~~!!! IPL
