I HATE HER!!!!!!!!!!!

My ex-fuckin wife is a huge POS!!! We had joint custody of my little girl. I wanted to start keeping her a week, and then she'd stay a week with her Mom. The ex said no cause she was worried (she didn't say this, but this is why) her child support would be lowered.

Long story short my Dumb ass ex got my daughter taken by DHR! She's been living with me for about 2 months now

I'm lovin the single Dad thing!

We go to court yesterday to sign the final papers and my stupid bitch ex MOTHER-IN-LAW is fighting ME (Her Father) for custody! My ass clown ex wife just stood there with a shit chewing grin on her slut bag face like she had won the I'm the biggest two faced good for nothing mooch off the government never gonna work sit around and watch TV and wait for the world to give you everything you need contest!

I'm so mad right now!!!!!!!

How do they think the court is gonna give those crazy bitches custody over her DAD!!!!

I dont see why the court would even cinsider it.If a parent is stable enough to take care of thier child then grandparents shouldnt even come in to question.
Keep in mind to that they have to prove you unfit .You dont have to prove jack shit to anyone.

I know, right?! The thing is I even took, on my own accord, a drug screen a while back to show them I'm gtg!!

You wanna hear something even more stupid?! My ex mother in law got tired of waiting at the courthouse for the judge to set a new hearing date so she left!!!!

She's the one causing all this and she left!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay strong and consistent. Double check everything you do and above all keep your nose clean. From here on out you need to walk a straighter line then anyone else.

As for the situation...you need to some how prove that if the mother in law was given custody it would be open invitation for your daughter's mother to see her. With DHR involved they will take that into consideration. You can not play nice in this matter. She is a POS and you need to remind them of that fact.

Now..if the Mother in Law pushes...pull up all the dirt you can on her.

Sorry...I know exactly what you are going through. I've had soul custody of 3 of my 5 (new daughter now) for over 26 yrs....and they are the best gift a father can ask for. Hate to even think what their life would of been like if their POS B*tchface yuk..gag puke...genetic mother was more involved...I shudder with that thought...now need to go rinse my mouth out!

Hope it all works out in the end for you broham! Your ex apparently is sticking it to you and your little lady ends up suffering. Make a strong case for keeping custody of your daughter and you should get your wishes answered.
