Honestly, it's hard for anyone to say if that diet is gonna work or not! Only U can answer that question being U know Ur body and how hard or easy it is to obtain Ur desired goals and where U want to be. A diet is something that is tailored by U or a nutritionist that is around U to watch what Ur body is saying, reacting, and telling U what U need to add or takeaway! Try it and tweak as needed or if needed is my opinion.

Thanks Bro. As for the food this would be some right choices for someone trying to cut? I just want to make sure I am on the right track.

Also if I eat real clean then I could gain muscle while cutting right? I don't want to lose a lot of my muscle mass while cutting. I have heard of CLEAN BULKING. Is that a myth or is that possible? Sorry bro for all of the questions, but you seem to know your shit.

From my experience it's one or the other. I prefer to Bulk then cut, but way to many cut before they are through bulking. U need to bulk no matter how long it takes then step into the cutting phase. Kinda like an artist that carves his portrait from stone. It takes a long time to carve that stone with precise carving if U get my drift, he makes sure the stone is big enuff before he starts cutting into it. If he's not ready, and makes a cut that's not precise to the size, he has to start all over once again. By the way, there is no such thing as a clean bulk! Hope that little illustration gave U a type of visual so U can see what it is I'm trying to explain.

DalTex, Id say if you aren't extremely limited for time, maybe go for some whole foods at your 10:00 and 3:00 snacks. Like a turkey breast or tuna sandwich or something. Anyway, best of luck to ya!

Biggin, Im not sure if I totally agree with you when you say there is no such thing as a clean bulk. Some people seem to use bulking as an excuse to eat like shit, ie. fast foods here and there. My opinion of a "clean bulk" is you are still in a caloric surplus, yet keeping the foods clean, trying to gain as much mass as possible while keeping fat gains as close to zero as possible. I think 4,000 calories worth of Big Macs and potato chips is waaaay different than 4,000 calories from lean meats, breads, oats, fruit/veggies,nuts etc.
I'm definitely no nutritional expert, and I have no evidence to back it up, so I guess it's just my opinion.

No worries there bro, but when someone shows proof of a clean bulk I would like to see where it's clean with zero to very little fat. Also a bulk or cutting diet varies from person to person, and what works for one more than likely isn't gonna work for the other, so really it's impossible Imo to say what will and will not work unless U are able to watch the individual on a regular basis and add and change as needed. Opinions are good and we all have them, just like I don't agree with a lot of things that are stated, especially if it's not from personal experience. To each his own though, and either way, good info comes to the forefront with opinions.

Your absolutely right everybody's body is different. I guess what I posted before was a lot of bro-science I've read on other boards, and a bit of personal experience. I have only been doing this for, shit less than two years, so my experience may have been newbie gains more than a clean bulk.

It just seems to me that you are relying on isopure protein a lot. I would want more variety than protein shakes all day bro. Turkey, tuna on wheat is always a good snack. How about some nuts as a snack? Also that is a very low carb diet. Is there any reason you dont have any carbs after lunch? I dont believe in the no carbs after a certain time, as long as you stay in your macros for the day and you choose healthy carbs you will be fine.

Thanks guys for all of your information! I have changed up my diet a bit and after thinking about what I truly want to do is get some more mass on me. I am going to add about 50g of carbs per day, eat some more whole foods, and up my cal. intake to 3400. I agree with you Myosin that I need to add some more whole foods rather then have so many shakes. I am going to cut down my shakes to 3 a day and adjust my diet as time goes. Thanks again guys!
