Default Need workout routine

I haven't been working out lately and starting today I'm getting back in the gym. Does anyone have any ideas on a good workout schedule for me? Im not looking to get huge or anything like that I just want a little muscle and curves.

Mandy, are you interested in using free weights, machines, bands or what? My best advice for someone just getting back into it is take it easy, and stick to the basics. I dont know what you know about me but i've been out for practically 2 years now with a shoulder injury. Today was my first REAL session of actual training since november of 07. All i did was the basics, good form, steady pace etc. I know you're not coming off an injury, but just a break. but still i think the same concepts can be applied.

Also what is your previous routine like? Maybe start off with building some endurance by doing higher reps? Of course you wont be able to use the weight you were using at say 10 reps (random #) but it may give you exactly what you want (curves and little bit of muscle).

I tore it all up. Labrium, Caplet, Brachaii tendon, Anterior Delt, Medial Delt...Pretty extensive work. Got a few disolvable screws in there too holding shit in place. But yeah i had surgery in may of 08 and just got cleared to return to a fulltime schedule.
