Are you trying to cut? You do a lot of cardio.
Training the same muscles twice (Friday: same as Monday) isn't necessary when you're not competing IMO.
Maybe you don't feel tired right now b/c you're young but you might when you're getting older b/c you'll need more time to recover between two workouts.

It depends on what your goals are. I think you might be putting too much stress on your body as of now to really make gains in muscle size, but to stay in shape, its not THAT off. Although, I wouldnt do HIT cardio on the same day as MMA training. As well as try and hit each muscle group only once a week. Also, take one FULL day off each week

If your still sore more than 2 days later, losing strength, getting sick more often, can't sleep, then yes. Gotta listen to your body.

I am trying pack on muscle as with a back ans operation on my hand my rugby season this year was poor over injury and did a lot of cardio when out injured. normally when playing rugby i weight around 100kg plus but!!! i be about 14-16% body fat. where preseason last year i trim down and was at 10.22% bodyfay weight 90kg for my position i am fucking light but on the other hand i am pretty strong and still screw my oposite number, but the pack weight is down and then have asked me to add weight they hinted at 97-100kg at 92kg already not bad as was 88kg up to 2weeks ago. good diet and training. yes i do believe im need shred a few pounds on the mid sectio but want gain muscle. so i am stuck between a rock and a hard place.
i never do HIIT same day as mma
