alright people im thinking of doing a bodypart a day for five days

chest
back
shoulders
arms
legs

whats ur views on this type of routine and would this be the right order to do the workouts

sounds great i wanted to be doing sumthing straight for 5 days and rest weekend so this shud do me well .

im also doing 30 mins cardio in morning
and 30 mins right after my lifting
nice and steady on the old excersises bike last five mins i go all out if i can

ive done sum thinking and im gonna stick to my 3 day split with cardio every day
seems to suit my body type ... seem to be doing well with this ... i recon a five day would suit someone using loads of supps or the juice lol i feel it would drain me

need to lose some fat 2 stone shud do it
just gonna keep going and see how i progress
my diet is decent ....as good as it can be i aint looking for the ripped six pack look more strongman ...my arms are looking quite ripped atm soo happy with that ..mid section needs some serious fat loss .. and shoulders are looking more shapely ... as for diet ive just cut out the crap and eating well

LK gave great advice- you might want to change up your routine, try something new for a bit... The 5 dayer will crank up your metabolism too!

Get doing more cardio, bro. Start out slow, warm up, then five minutes into it pour it on for 2 minutes, then slower for a bit, then all out again for a couple- do 20 minutes all told.

You'll feel/see a big difference pretty quickly- give it a few weeks.

thanks for the great advice i will give it all a try !! ... i was just under the impression a five dayer would make some of my workouts lack with been tired i dunno ?

the cardio sounds good i have been doing it but just at the same level but i like ur style of cardio

I think 5 day is a great idea, working only one muscle group perday, it should give you far better ability to hit the particular focused muscle harder in mind, this is what im working towards.
