got a job finally so im gonna treat myself with a cardio machine too cold outside lol

between cross trainers ,rowing machines,etc whats a better option

looks similiar to what im getting execpt the hadles i hold also have a row motion they alternate as u pull each one toward and away from you

well to ive saved some money now got a free sepping machine and ive got a good skipping rope ... im gonna be using these for my cardio ..along with regular dogwalking duties
and ofcourse weight lifting ..
see how we go apparently skipping is amazing for fat loss and also is the stepping machine ...good burners

I love the eliptical machine. No pounding on the joints and gets my heart rate up.
