What was your last cycle and how long have you been off for?
Adex or winny? Not sure what that means as they are not the same. Adex is something you run through your cycle to keep gyno at bay and such. The winny the last 4 weeks is ok. The extra shot of Cyp the first 2 weeks will kick in the same time as it normally would, just when it does there will be more available. If you want a kick start to the cycle you can do Dbol for the first 4 weeks at 30 - 50mg a day or Test Prop at 75 - 100mg EOD. |

I'm a fan of running 100mg/ED for Tren ace/Test Prop. Also, with orals, i'd run then 4 weeks in the beginning of the cycle, and the last 4 week so of the cycle if you don't want to run them the entire time.
Keep Adex on hand incase of gyno issues, unless they pop-up, don't run it. Test C: 600mg/week Tren Ace: 75mg/ed Dbol: 50mg/ED For the entire 12 weeks seems good. But depends on your goals.

A long 20 week cycle of test and Eq would amaze you, the doses dont even have to be high. 500mgs of test cyp or enth, and 400-500mgs of Eq, and your set. Helps with endurance ( since your doing mma training), and allows you to recouperate if you train each bodypart twice a week, well i did for me any ways. Its a good cheap mild cycle, with minimal sides.

Also, don't forget the important part of your cycle is to eat, eat, and eat. Shovel in a lot of food, just make sure it's quality and nutrient dense food.
