Default Cycle question, looking for ideas

Hi there, i'm new to this forum. looks great and has piles of info and i dont need a dictionary for some of it ha...
anyways i have been lifting weights for about 7-8yrs and play senior rugby feel in start of 2008 i had reached my best naturally so moved to the dark side and took my first course.have done 2 cylces now but!!! but i am a newbie i have a lot to learn! and in hindsight looking back i knew sweet F**k all about gear.here are my previous cycles:

1st cycle was:
Deca, winny, danabol.
deca when from 100mg to 400mg and back down a 8wk cycle.
winny started at 10mg up to 30mg a day
danabol i think was just 20 or 30mg a day
PCT clomid and HCG
results: was happy with my results toned up big time (BF went from 18 to 15%) and finally got the vains in the arms ha.. strenght increased too.
diet: 350-400g protien a day, 200-250 cards, fats ??

2nd cycle:
testosterone-cypionate 200mg a week
deca (same as above)
winny and danabol (same as above)
PCT clomid and HCG
results:
was happy again strenght went crazy! fitness unreal!!!! toned up and fat loss went to 10.22% BF
diet: same as above

I felt my diet is good and my training is good, but my knowledge of steroids is zero!! more word of mouth! again in hindsight my PCT was wrong too.

I am just back from a bad hand injury where i could not lift weights for 10weeks. just back now lifting light weights now 10days.
lost about 12kg but have put on 3kg already since back. i will admit even though with hand injury i did continue my cardio but not enough and put on a few pounds.
I lift weights 6days a week. my cardio is HIIT 15mins after every weights session on the bike 30sec on 30sec off (this suits me for rugby) but i mixed it around if legs feeling tired just do 10km cycle just keeping rpm at 120-125 the whole way.
then sat and sun mornings i do cardio in the morning before breakfast about 1hr session including my abs.

supplements i use whey,pure, glutamine, bcca plus vits etc.
protein: mainly turkey,tuna,eggs,steak.
carbs: oatmeal,fruit(apples,pears), mixed veg,broccoli, as a treat 2 slices of brown bread toasted,beans

steroids available to me now are:
sustanon 250mg (i find i get acne on my back from it on tabs)
danabol 10mg tablets
deca 100mg
winny 10mg tablets

what cycle would ye recommend to me?

I'm 33yr 5ft 9 1/2in weight this morning 90kg
BF was 10.22% but a guess now is 14-15% as i have put on few pounds the last 2months.
aim add 5kg solid muscle and get BF to 9% love have even a 4 pack ha...
as for weights i am an addict! i cant stay out of the gym.i love training rather weights or fitness. only drink when on holidays
dont smoke either.
as i said i am pretty fit. i pride myself on my fitness.

Well, for starters, you've been down for 10 weeks, I say you get back in the saddle for 10 weeks before starting up.

And when you do, it looks like you've never run a solid test cycle, so I'd say that's where you start.

500mg test-c or test-e for 12 weeks. Sustanon will work, but I don't personally like it.
.5mg (half a tab) of Arimidex EOD for 15 weeks.

If you really want you can add either winny or dana at 50mg ED for the first 5 weeks. In fact the best might be 5 weeks of 50 dana starting week 1 and 5 weeks of 50 winny starting week 11.

Once all that's done run 20 nolva ED for 6 weeks.

Done.

Thanks lads for the feedback, just to make sure!
500mg test-c is Testosterone cypionate 250mg shots they come in
test-e is Testosterone enanthate again comes in 250mg.

Yes i too dont like sustanon as i find i break out in ance in the back.
as for the danabol when i start my cycle start say 20mg and bring it up per week or go straight to 50mg per day.
I used tka Liv 52 every day when taking danabol & winny.
as i said in hindsight i was an fool when on the gear and have a lot more to learn about it.

and then noval is 20mg a dy for 6 weeks when off cycle and that is 3 weeks after cycle start my PCT. is there any need for HCG?

it's .5mg, aka half a milligram. The tabs are 1 mg each, so take half of one Every Other Day (EOD) from day one until 3 weeks past you're done injecting. If you inject 12 weeks, then take .5mg adex EOD for 15 weeks. Then starting week 16 you do post cycle therapy, aka PCT, to get your natural hormone levels back near normal. Yes, you do that for 6 weeks.

HCG is a new deal, only really big the past few years, and there are a couple of protocols floating around, an old one and a new one. A lot of cycles have been done and then successfully recovered from wtihout HCG. That said, a good HCG protocol will go a long way to improving recovery. If you want to give it a shot, pun intended, use 250-500 IU no less than once a week, no more than every other day (EOD). More than 500 IU can be harmful to your permanent test levels. Less than 250 IU can just be a pain to measure. If you run HCG there are also opinions on when to start. I start a few weeks before the end of the cycle. Many start day one. Those who use megadoses of HCG, such as 3000, 1500 or 1000 IU right before PCT are burning out their leydig cells and damaging their permanant test levels. Since insulin pins are pennies, it's not worth it to me just to save a couple of pokes and maybe a dollar's worth of pins.

I get my HCG in 5000 IU ampules, instead of the larger ones. I add 2cc solution and gently swirl. I then use four 0.5cc insulin pins to load up, and store them in the fridge. That means I have five 0.1cc shots per pin. That's 5 doses of 250 IU per pin, totals 20 doses. I do that Every Other Day (EOD) for 40 days (almost 6 weeks) starting weeks before my last test injection. If it's a 12 week cycle, I start HCG week 10 (do the math if that confuses you). I continue until 3 days before the end of week 15 (My last HCG dose is on day 40, PCT starts day 43). That gives the HCG a day to clear before starting nolva.

Taking HCG during PCT is a no no, but taking low doses of HCG into the start of nolva is fine. Just make sure you have 3 or 4 weeks of nolva after you last dose of HCG. No need to do that, but you can if you start HCG too late.

Starting with low doses of anything, oral or injectable, and ramping up and down is very old school, old fashioned, and otherwise obsolete. Start with the highest dose you've ever taken, since you know what it's like, and run it the whole time, all 5 weeks. 40 or 50 mg of winny and dbol is the usual dose nowadays, but if you're more comfortable running 30 there's nothing wrong with that. Lots of guys made great gains for a lot of years on 10 or 20 mg before megadosing became the rage. Just look at the difference in style and size between the 70s and 80s compared to now. The best part about low doses is fewer negative side effects, and that's not to be taken lightly. SO, if you like 30 and are comfortable there, good, go for what you know.

As far as breaking out, winny will break you out bad, it does me. Dbol does some folks, like me also. Sustanon will break you out worse than other injectables because it's blend of test esters, meant to provide equalized and sustained release of test, actually does the opposite, and spikes your test levels and then tapers down quickly, but not all the way down, before your next shot. This creates unstable test levels. Unstable hormone levels, regardless of the hormone, causes breakouts. If you're going to use Sust, use it like test-prop, injecting ED or EOD until you switch to a single long ester. That's the only way I would say run Sust. The pharmacutical way is one shot every 3 weeks. It's pretty good for that, just too weak, and would create subnormal test levels.

Use a yellow medicated soap that has salacylic acid in it, and scrub gently with a little girly puff pad. That will go a long way to handling your acne without fucking up your skin. If you're very big or inflexible you may need a long handled brush, or a partner.

Many MANY people take a liver protectant while on oral steroids. On the surface it seems like a good idea. The reality, however, is that the liver protectants help your liver process the steroid more, reducing it's effectiveness. You'd be better off just taking less steroid. What I do, besides taking moderate doses of oral steroids, is take my liver protectants AFTER my oral time is over. That way my liver doesn't overprocess my orals, but still gets the healthy nutrients for liver recovery. Now, if you were to take high doses of orals, I don't recommend it. Then again, I don't recommend taking high doses of orals anyway.

Finally, yes, Test-C is test-cypionate, Test-E is Test-Enanthate or Enthantate, Test-U is Test-undecanoate, Test-D is test decanoate, Test-P is normally test-propitionate or test-prop.

got some great info there. i broke out in acne after last cycle so when to doctor for tablets taken Minocin 100mg tabs one a day and then Zineryt solution. seems to be working takes about 6 weeks to kick in. i use the sun shower alright but was in LOS (Land of smiles aka Thailand) for 2 months and that really cleared up my back.
would taken milk thistle daily would do me no harm when taking danabol or winny.
And Yes there is No Fu**king way i can wash my back! and the doll lives 10,000miles away ha...
i shower twice a day though, that should help.but tanning does work i feel! but it shows in the face after a while ha...
if i get older looking from tanning i have really move to the dark side and start taking HGH ha... its f**king huge in LOS everyone taking it there pretty cheap about 211euro and its good stuff my friend whos a pro bodybuilder i brought him to a chemist that sold me he had a look checked it out and said yes that good stuff. he uses it himself.

Looking forward to tryign a good test cycle see what the results will be like.
the last time i put test into my cycle i did see massive gains in strenght.
just getting back into training now after my injury so rome was not build in a day! layikng off the heavy weight at the moment. did my 2nd chest session last fri but just light as i dont want to get a stress fracture in the hand for heavy weight.
just did 5x20 flat 100kg, inlcine the same and flyes. god the chest was stiff sat and today ha..but its still great to be back. hopefully be back lighting heavy in 5+ weeks!
start testing the hand out in about 2-3more weeks.
funny enough flat and behind the neck press i do feel it in my hand, but incline and front shoulder press no problem. was thinking letting off flat maybe for another week! so different angles of bench instead.
i looking forward trying the cycle above. but i gather let deca out of it??

1st thing did u say your getting acne from sustonon tabs "i never in 20yrs have seen that in any oral that would be real.hmmm"
ok this is your 3rd cycle
so i agree with the 500mgs of test or sus but keep your levels level so split it up threw the week.also arimdex is a good one too have it's like an insurance policy!also u will need a good anabolic the best ratio is for 500mg androgen 500mg of anabolic since your not getting ready for a show. i would change some of your food it's not enough and some of the stuff your eating.

i think u picked me up wrong,
"i find i get acne on my back from it on tabs"
on tabs i meant i was taking tablets( Minocin 100mg tabs one a day) at the moment for the acne on my back.
plan starting a cycle next week.
what i have is:
Test-C 200mg,
Danabol 10mg
winny 10mg,
Ovinum 50mg for my PCT.
I know ye recommend 500mg but Tect-C comes in 200mg so i was thinking just using 400mg a week take 200mg twice a week.
supplyments wise,
will be using whey(which has BCCA & Gultamine in it) Casein and cellmass.

This is me personally... I would do 600mg test c/week for 14 weeks and finish with 5 weeks of winny and possibly throw some t-3 into the mix @ 50mg/week ...liver sups not necessary but always helpful, clomid and nolva for pct

the Dbol tabs i have am actually 20mg, so i going just take 2 so 40mg ED going with 400mg TEST-C mon and thurs.
