Hey everyone,
I'm Georgia, from England. Started training 4 months ago - was 24% bodyfat -shocking I know!!- although about average for a girl apparently.
Have been doing cardio and hitting the weights on low weight / high rep the last 4 months and now down to 17.1% body fat.
Now looking to start taking ECA stackers to shift my last 3% of bodyfat as aiming to get to 14%. Anyone got any tips?? xxxxx
